Recipe: No-Bake Summer Pizza

Pizza/Focaccia
NO-BAKE SUMMER PIZZA

1/2 cup cream cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons horseradish sauce
1 1/2 cups chopped ham
1 1/2 cup Roma tomatoes, chopped*
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
1 (12-inch) prebaked pizza crust
Bottled sweet Vidalia onion salad dressing

Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise and horseradish sauce together in a medium-sized bowl. Spread evenly on the pizza crust. Top mixture with chopped ham, tomatoes and lettuce.

Just prior to serving, drizzle lightly with sweet Vidalia onion salad dressing.

Variations:
Instead of using the chopped ham, try a pizza using precooked chicken strips drizzled with honey barbecue sauce; precooked shrimp and imitation crabmeat drizzled with a little cocktail sauce; or precooked chicken fajita strips drizzled with salsa.

*Using Roma tomatoes ensures the tomatoes will not have too much liquid which can make the pizza soggy.
