Stephenson's Apple Farm recipes (ANY)

It is sad to say that Stephenson's is no longer. I have eaten there in the past on many occasions and they had such wonderful food and their fresh apple cider was outstanding! I had purchased one of their recipe booklets years ago, but somewhere down the line in one of my moves, I have lost it =0(

Does anyone have the book or ANY of the recipes they would share?
