Recipe: Stephenson's Apple Farm Frozen Fruit Salad

STEPHENSON'S APPLE FARM FROZEN FRUIT SALAD

1 (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 egg whites (pasteurized)
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup heavy (whipping) cream
5 or 6 large marshmallows, cut up
1/4 cup drained mandarin orange slices
1 (1 lb.) can fruit cocktail, drained
2 tbsp. chopped maraschino cherries
1 tbsp. chopped walnuts

Blend cheese, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Beat egg whites until foamy. Beat in sugar 1 tablespoon at a time until stiff peaks form.

Beat cream until stiff. Fold cream into egg whites. Fold into cheese mixture. Fold in rest of ingredients. Pour into 8 inch square pan. Freeze.

Serves 6 to 8
