re: Fuddrucker's hamburger bun recipe

I have Fuddrucker recipes for the buns, chocolate chip cookies, oatmeal raisin cookies and the brownies. I had a Fuddrucker franchise in the 80's and saved my recipe books. The major problem is the dough is made in such massive amounts that it is not feasable to adjust it down to manageable amounts. I have paired the brownies and cookes down as much as you can and they still make too many for one family - the neighbors love when I bake them because they get to reap the rewards.
