ISO: Fuddrucker's Oatmeal Raisin and Chocolate Chip Cookies

Misc.
Hello,
I am in search of the chocolate chip cookies and the oatmeal raisin cookies recipes from Fuddrucker's in the 1980s.
It's okay to post the huge amounts. I can definitely decrease its yields and unit measurements.
Do you by any chance have the cheese sauce recipe too? If not, maybe the brand of cheese sauce they use.
