ISO: The house salad dressing from the Rio Vista restaurant

Misc.
The Rio Vista was a fish and chicken restaurant that had two locations in the Atlanta area and they both closed years ago. The memory of the house dressing has reached "urban legend" status in our family! It was a sweet tomato/onion/vinegar dressing with quite a kick. Does anyone have the recipe? Thanks for your help!!
