Recipe(tried): easy banana cake

I know that there are tons of banana cake but my friends who ate it said this was delicious & super moist. (perhaps they were just being poilte!) :) I didn't get to try it myself so...

==================================================Banana Cake

(a)
3 medium mashed overripe bananas, 4 for small
1/4 t. banana essence
tiny drop of lemon essence or few drops of fresh lemon juce
1/2 t. vanilla essence

(b)
220g unsalted butter (i like to use NZ "Anchor" brand for it has the most creamy butter taste that i know!)
150g castor/superfine sugar

(c)
4 large eggs (grade AA) at room temp

(d)
200g cake flour (low gluten plain flour)
1 t. baking powder

Preheat oven to 180C/375F.
Mix (a)together, sert aside.
Beat (b) till fluffy, if anytime it curdles, add a T. from (d).
Add in (c), one at a time, only till the yellow disappeared
Fold in flour mix and pour in a 7" square/8" round cake tin.
Bake in the oven for 45 min. Stand the cake in tin on a wire rack. Turn the cake out of tin to cool completely.

Serve plan or with extra cream frache or chocolate ice cream with extra sliced bananas!
