Recipe(tried): Polish Easter Soup

In our family we made soup with all the extra eggs and polish sausage.

save the water from when you boil the freash polish sausage. Put cut up fresh and smoked sausage in the pot with a container of sour cream and a bottle of horseraddish. warm it through and then add cut up hard boiled eggs. Its pretty good.
