Recipe: Strawberry Glaze Pie

Strawberry Glaze Pie

Beat together:
8 oz cream cheese
2 tbsp milk
2 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp almond extract

Spread this mixture in the bottom of a baked pie crust. Then fill pie crust with 2 3/4 cups strawberries.

In a saucepan combine:
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup mashed strawberries

Heat until mixture turns clear, add red food coloring. Cool mixture and pour over strawberries in pie crust. Refrigerate before cutting.
