Recipe: Colorful Cobb Salad

Colorful Cobb Salad
Servings: 6

4 cup Turkey Ham (leftovers work well)
3 eggs, hard boiled, sliced
1 romaine lettuce, torn into small pieces
2 avocados, diced
2 tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
2 tablespoon green onions, finely sliced

Salad Dressing:
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/3 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, pressed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Assemble the salad in a shallow bowl or serving platter. Place the lettuce evenly on the plate. Arrange a row of eggs, avocados, turkey, tomatoes, and blue cheese on top of the lettuce. Sprinkle green onions on top.

Mix the salad dressing together in a blender and serve with the salad.
