ISO: Asian Nachos - Grand Lux

I just had them last week - the white that appears to have been squeezed out of a bottle thinly across the nachos tastes like horseradish sauce to me - I've never had wasabi cream - is that hot like horseradish sauce? I too would like to find the recipe - YUMMY!
