ISO: Grand Lux Asain nachos, I'm searching too...

I am trying to find the recipe too! I just had them last Thursday and about melted.

The sauce is what is stumping me. It is a peanut sauce mixed with some type of jam or marmalade (according to a couple of the waiters, but that is all they would tell me.)
