Recipe: 7-Up Bread (2 ingredients, using self-rising flour)

Breads - Muffins, Quick Breads
7-UP BREAD

1 (12 oz.) can 7-Up
3 1/2 cups self-rising flour
melted butter (for brushing top)

Preheat oven 350 degrees F.

Stir together flour and 7-Up. Place into a well-greased loaf pan; let rise 10-15 minutes.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes. Brush top with melted butter and bake 10 more minutes.
