Recipe(tried): Acorn squash (not acorns) ...how to cook...

Misc.

Acorn squash is very easy to cook. Cut the squash in half, empty out the seeds, place in glass dish(skin side up) and put a small amount of water in dish, cover with saran wrap and microwave about 8 minutes. Time has to do with size of squash. After squash is cooked, empty dish of water, turn squash upwards, fill cavity with butter and brown sugar. Bake in oven at 350 for about 10 minutes or until butter and sugar are melted. Very yummy!!
