ALASKA SALMON WALDORF SALAD
1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/4 cup plain or nonfat yogurt
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 (14 3/4 oz.) can Alaska canned salmon, drained and flaked
2 celery ribs, diced
1 large apple, chopped
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
In a small bowl, blend mayonnaise, yogurt, thyme, lemon-pepper and salt.
In a separate bowl, combine salmon, celery, apple and walnuts. Stir in dressing to coat.
Servings: 4
