Recipe: Chicken Salad (with melon, grapes and almonds)

Salads - Main Dish
CHICKEN SALAD

FOR THE SALAD:
1 small cantaloupe, cut in cubes
1 cup cubed cooked chicken
1/2 cup seedless grapes, halved
1/2 cup sliced celery
2 Tbsp. slivered almonds
FOR THE DRESSING:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. salt

Combine ingredients for the salad.

Mix together the ingredients for the dressing and add to salad. Chill and serve.
