Recipe: Apple Cheddar Spread

Apple Cheddar Spread

1/4 cup of milk
One 8 ounce package of light Philadelphia Neufchatel cheese, softened
1 cup of (4 oz.) 100% natural shredded mild Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup of finely chopped apple
1/4 cup of finely chopped walnuts
1 tablespoon of sugar
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon

Gradually add milk to Neufchatel cheese, mixing until well blended. Add remaining ingredients, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Chill. Serve with crackers.
