Recipe: Subway's Southwest Turkey and Bacon Sandwich with Chipotle Southwest Sauce

Makes 1 sandwich
"This zesty sandwich features tender turkey breast, crispy bacon, lettuce, tomato, onions, green peppers and a unique chipolte southwest sauce atop freshly baked bread."
1 (6-inch) sandwich roll, split
1 ounce pepper jack cheese, thinly sliced
4 ounces oven roasted turkey breast, thinly sliced
4 slices bacon, cooked and well drained
1 1/2 ounces chipotle southwest sauce (recipe follows)
1 1/2 ounces lettuce, shredded
1 ounce red onion, thinly sliced
6 slices red ripe tomatoes
6 slices green bell pepper, seeds and ribs removed
6 each pitted black olives, sliced
On the top half of the roll, layer the ingredients as follows; cheese, turkey, bacon and 1-1/2 ounces Chipotle Southwest Sauce.
On the bottom half of the roll, layer the ingredients in the order listed, lettuce, onions, tomatoes, green pepper slices and olives. Close sandwich.
CHIPOTLE SOUTHWEST SAUCE
Yields sauce for 24 sandwiches
1 quart mayonnaise
2 ounces Dijon mustard
2 ounces freshly squeezed lime juice
4 ounces chipotle in adobo, pureed
1 ounce fresh garlic, minced
to taste salt
Combine mayonnaise, mustard, lime juice, chipotle and garlic. Add salt to taste. Cover and chill before sandwich preparation.
