Recipe: P.F. Chang's lettuce wraps - Tofu ? Answer

I worked at P.F. Chang's for 1 1/2 years and I have your answer.

There is not tofu in the Chicken lettuce wraps but there is tofu in the vegetarian lettuce wraps.

I am not sure what you are mistaking for tofu in the Chicken lettuce wraps they only contain:

Minced chicken
black mushrooms,
garlic
green onions
water chestnuts
