Recipe: Aunt Myrt's Corn Fritters

This came from the local elementary school's cookbook

Aunt Myrt's Corn Fritters

1 (14-3/4 oz) can Del Monte white sweet cream style corn
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon sugar

Mix corn, eggs, and milk. Slowly add flour, baking powder and sugar. Mix well. Drop on a hot grill, greased with butter. Fry as you would pancakes.
