Recipe: Salmon with Lemon Dill Sauce

Main Dishes - Fish, Shellfish
SALMON WITH LEMON DILL SAUCE

This is a great standby dish. In less than 20 minutes you'll have a delicious main dish on the table -- from scratch!

3/4 cup Hellmann's or Best Foods Real Mayonnaise
2 to 4 tablespoons chopped fresh dill or 1 to 2 teaspoons dried dillweed
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 medium tomato, seeded and diced
4 salmon or halibut steaks, 3/4 inch thick (about 6 oz. each)

In medium bowl, blend mayonnaise, dill and lemon juice; set aside. In small bowl, combine 1/2 cup mayonnaise mixture and stir in tomato; reserve.

Brush fish with remaining 1/4 cup mayonnaise mixture. Grill or broil fish 8 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork, turning once. Serve with reserved mayonnaise mixture.
