Recipe(tried): Baked Brie with Roasted Garlic

My favorite way to bake brie is just plain... and served with roasted garlic. I just cut my wheel in half and split open and bake for 20 minutes or so at 350. I serve with toasted baguettes. Sometimes plain is better!!!
