Baked Brie with Marmalade
Someone posted this or at least similar on the party board and it was very good.
1 wheel of brie, cut up in casserole dish
1/4 cup or so of interesting marmalade or jam, (just not plain old grape jelly, although...
Pour the marmalade over the brie and bake
It will kind of turn to liquid but not really. Give it a swirl or two with a spoon and serve with French bread slices or bagel pieces.
This is very good even as it sits out a room temp.
have good day
