Recipe(tried): Banana Cream Supreme

Misc.
Sonja:
This recipe isn't a really truly cheesecake but is made in a springform pan and looks like one. It is also yummy. Hope you like it!

Banana Cream Supreme
16 graham cracker square crumbed (appx. 1 1/4 cups)
1/4 cup melted butter
3 T. sugar
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup cold milk
1 pkg. instant pudding and pie filling
1 12-oz. container whipped topping
3 medium bananas, sliced
2 T. pecans, grated
Add melted butter and sugar to graham cracker crumbs; mix well. Presas crumb mixture onto flat bottom of springform pan. Whisk sour cream and milk together in a bowl until blended. Add pudding mix; whisk until pudding is dissolved. Add whipped topping, mixing until blended. Spread half of filling over crust. Arrange sliced bananas over filling. Spread remaining filling over bananas; grate pecans over top. Garnish with fresh raspberries and mint leaves, if desired. To serve, remove collar from pan; cut into 12 wedges.
