Your recipe does not state what temperature to bake on nor does it say if you need to grease the pans. I tried 350 deg and it took a long time to bake so I increased it to 400 deg about half way thru. I greased the pans just to be safe. However, they do taste delicious having never had an Otis Spunkmeyer muffin before.
