Recipe(tried): $250 Cookie Recipe

Desserts - Cookies, Brownies, Bars
$250 COOKIE RECIPE
Makes 56 cookies and they're the greatest!

2 1/2 cups blended oatmeal
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
12 oz. chocolate chips
4 oz. hersey bar (grated)
1 1/2 chopped nuts (your choice)

Measure oatmeal and blend in blender to a fine powder.

Cream the butter and both sugars.

Add eggs and vanilla; mix together with flour, oatmeal, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Add chocolate chips, Hersey bar and nuts.

Roll into balls and place 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet.

Bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees.

Delicious!!!
