Recipe: Banana Smores

Misc.

Tami,

I just watched a neat demo on aTV cooking show with a banana.

This woman was doing camp food stuff, but this could be done in an oven.

She took a banana and made a cut from top to bottom on one side , all the way down to the other side but not cutting thru the skin on the bottom.

She then opened it up a little and put some chocolate chips in, again from top to bottom, as much as you like.

Next she did the same with mini marshmallows. Wrapped it in foil and laid it on hot coals in the campfire. An oven should do it.

When it was done, in a few minutes. Presto ! a nice dessert.

Neato !
