Recipe: Bananas Foster Shake (blender)

1/2 partially frozen well-ripened banana
1 cup milk, divided use*
2 large scoops vanilla ice cream*
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, plus additional for sprinkling
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg, plus additional for sprinkling
1 tablespoon molasses
1 tablespoon rum (or 1 teaspoon rum extract)
Whipped cream and brown sugar (for garnish)
Place banana and half of milk in blender. Start blending, then add rest of milk, ice cream, cinnamon, nutmeg, molasses and rum, until blended to desired consistency.
Serve in tall soda glasses, topped with whipped cream, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Serve with tall soda spoons and straw.
*Ice cream and milk can be adjusted to achieve thickness you desire.
