Recipe(tried): Beef Strongroff with Safeway Soup

Main Dishes - Beef and Other Meats
Safeway makes a wonderful fresh Mushroom soup full of mushroom made with wine, nothing like cream of mushroom soup.It is in the deli section.

I have discoverd a great way to use it besides just a bowl of soup!

Take this soup and warm it up. Add some London Broil or something similiar cut think as for Strognoff. Fast try it to a med rare with garlic and onions to taste.

Add this to the soup mix and simmer. Add a additional can of mushrooms and just before serving stir in about a cup of sour cream.

Serve over rice or noddles this is excellent! The flavor incredible and so easy!

YOU can add a little more red wine or beef broth if you want more gravy!
You wont be sorry with this semi homemade recipe!!!!
