Recipe: Big Hunk Cracker Pie

Not sure if this is what you were looking for; had many of the ingredients you mentioned.Big Hunk Cracker Pie

3 egg whites
1/2 t. salt
1 c. sugar
1 t. vanilla
1 t. baking powder
3/4 c. rolled fine (crushed) soda crackers
3/4 c. chopped nuts

Beat until foamy 3 egg whites and salt. Add vanilla and sugar to egg whites and beat until stiff. Fold in baking powder, nuts and cracker crumbs. Pour into 9" glass pie pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350. Cool.
