COFFEE COOLER DESSERT
Fill a 20-ounce cup with small ice cubes, add 68 ounces of your favorite hot brewed coffee and blend. Add a scoop of ice cream or frozen yogurt and blend on "smoothie" setting if your blender has one. Vary the amount of coffee or use coffee-flavored ice cream or yogurt to intensify the taste.
Serve after dinner as a coffee/dessert combination.
