Recipe: bourbon chicken without using bourbon

Thank you for the recipe but I'm looking for a bourbon chicken recipe that I would find at a mall food court in NY. I understand they don't use bourbon. So if anyone has the recipe to share with me , I would appreciate it very much. Much thanks for your help.
