Recipe: Bravo's Bread Dipping Oil

At a recent visit to a Bravo's location, I purchased a bottle the dipping oil and here are the ingredients as listed on the bottle:

Blended Olive Oil
Garlic
Dry Rosemary
Dry Thyme
Dry Basil
Tomato Paste
Sundried Tomatoes
Salt
Pepper
