Recipe: Brownies in a Jar

BROWNIES IN A JAR

FIRST LAYER:
1 1/8 cup flour
2 tsp salt
ADDITIONAL LAYERS:
1/3 cup cocoa, unsweetened
2/3 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup white sugar
1/2 cup white-chocolate chips
1/2 cup semi-sweet chips
1/2 cup nuts

Mix flour and salt together. Layer ingredients in a large canning jar. Press each layer firmly in jar before adding another. Use a dry paper towel to wipe out jar after adding each layer.

Attach these instructions to the jar:

BROWNIES

1 jar brownie mix
3 large eggs, beaten
2/3 cup oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9x9-inch baking pan with cooking spray.

Blend all the ingredients together.

Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees in prepared pan.
