Recipe: White Chocolate Brownie Mix in a Jar

WHITE CHOCOLATE BROWNIE MIX IN A JAR

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2/3 cup cocoa
2 1/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans
4 cups white chocolate chips

For the mix:
Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Place into quart jar. Layer remaining ingredients into jar in order listed, packing firmly after each ingredient. Adjust cap. Makes one quart jar.

Add these instructions to the jar:

WHITE CHOCOLATE BROWNIES

3/4 cup butter, softened
4 eggs, slightly beaten

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a 9 x 9-inch pan.

Place White Chocolate Brownie Mix in a large mixing bowl and stir to combine.

Add the butter and eggs. Mix until completely blended. Spread into prepared pan.

Bake for 35 minutes or until brownies just begin to pull away from the sides of the pan.
