CHEESY BACON MEATLOAF
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. each garlic powder, seasoning salt, dried oregano leaves
1/8 tsp. cracked black pepper (optional)
9 slices OSCAR MAYER Ready to Serve Bacon (or 9 sliced cooked bacon)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Mix meat, egg, cheese, milk, bread crumbs and seasonings. Shape into loaf in 9x5-inch loaf pan. Top with bacon slices.
Bake 1 hour or until center is no longer pink. Remove from oven. Let stand 5 minutes before removing from pan. Cut into slices to serve.
