Recipe(tried): Cheesy Spinach Snack Bread

Another one I found on the net this is great with soup....Cheesy Spinach Snack Bread

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees (F).

2. Mix together:

1 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1 clove garlic, pressed or minced
salt, to taste
1 (9 oz.) package frozen chipped spinach, thawed, drained and patted dry

3. Slice in half lengthwise:

1 loaf Italian or French bread

4. Spread both sides of bread with spinach mixture.

5. Place on cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until cheese is melted.

6. Let cool slightly.

7. Slice into 2-inch sections.

Note: Serve warm.
