CHICKEN ALA BRENDA
6 boneless chicken breasts
1 large bottle Kraft sun-dried tomato salad dressing
2 tbsp fresh chopped garlic
1 tbsp Montreal Steak seasoning
2 tbsp honey
Trim fat and skins from chicken and plac in a shallow baking dish.
Mix all remaining ingredients in a bowl then pour over chicken. Cover with foil and refrigerate for 1 hour.
WHEN READY TO COOK:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Bake, covered for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until just done.
This is delicious over a salad using the remaining cooked sauce as a hot dressing or over pasta.
Enjoy!
