LAST MINUTE PASTABite-sized pasta, uncooked (1 cup per person)
Vegetable choice, sliced (below)
Seasoning choice (below)
Egg(s), beaten (1 per person)
Shredded mozzarella cheese
Boil pasta, adding selected vegetables (a handful per person) during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
Drain pasta and return to pot along with a spoonful of selected seasoning.
Toss in the pot over low heat, with 1 beaten egg per person and a handful of shredded mozzarella cheese per person.
VEGETABLE CHOICES:
Carrots and celery
Zucchini and corn
Peas and carrots
Broccoli, carrots and bell peppers
SEASONING CHOICES:
Garlic powder
Oregano
Thyme
Italian seasoning
