Recipe(tried): CHICKEN FRIED CHOPS/for Debbie D.. good!

Menus

Chicken-Fried Chops

6 boneless porkchops
1/2 c flour
2 t salt
1/2 t garlic powder
1 1/2 t dry mustard
1 can cream of ckn soup
1/3 c water

Mix dry seasonings with flour and dredge chops. Brown in oil until golden. Remove and place in crockpot. Combine ckn soup and water and pour over chops. Cook on low for 6-8 hrs until tender.

note: I didn't have the dry mustard but added 1/4 t Cavendars Greek Seasoning. I love this seasoning in meat dishes.
