Recipe: Chicken in a Horsey Blanket

CHICKEN IN A HORSEY BLANKET

8 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
2 cups sour cream
2 cans (10 3/4 oz each) condensed cream of chicken soup
3 tbsp. prepared horseradish
1 tsp. hickory smoke flavoring
TO SERVE:
cooked noodles or rice

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.

Lay chicken breast halves in a single layer in a large baking dish (13x9-inch or larger).

Mix remaining ingredients well and completely cover chicken with mixture.

Bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

Serve with noodles or rice.

Servings: 8
