Recipe: Chicken Nachos

Chicken Nachos

2 medium potatoes (about 1 pound) cut into 1/4-inch slices
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1 HORMEL Chunk Chicken (5-ounce) can drained and flaked
3 tablespoons CHI-CHI'S Picante Sauce
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons sliced ripe olives

Arrange potato slices on a large microwave-safe platter; sprinkle with garlic salt. Cover with plastic wrap.

Microwave on HIGH (100% power) 4 to 5 minutes or until potatoes are tender, rotating dish once.

Combine chicken, picante sauce, and onions in medium bowl; stir well. Spoon 1 teaspoon of mixture onto each potato round. Sprinkle with cheese and top with olives.

Cover and microwave on HIGH (100% power) 1 minute or until cheese melts. Serve immediately.

Makes 30 appetizers
