CINNAMON CAKE
1 (2-layer size) box yellow cake mix
1/2 cup sugar
4 eggs
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 (8 oz) carton sour cream
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
Mix cake mix, sugar, eggs, vegetable oil and sour cream. Beat for 2 minutes. Pour batter into a greased and floured tube pan.
Combine brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on top of batter. With a knife, cut gently through batter until sugar and cinnamon are streaked through batter.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 50 to 55 minutes.
