Recipe(tried): Cinnamon Rolls from a Former Chef at Disneyland - Figured it out
Breads - Breakfast BreadsADVERTISEMENT
I figured out what happened with my first batch of these rolls (Cinnamon Rolls from a Former Chef at Disneyland). The recipe calls for 8 cups of flour and I used 8 cups. I made them again the other day and only added enough flour to make a workable dough, which turned out to be about 5 or so. The rolls turned out fantastic; my entire family loved them, and they are usually divided on their favorite roll. Future copies of this recipe may want to amend the amount of flour to reflect this. Maybe it's the kind of flour I use or my geographical location or something. I don't know. Thanks for the recipe though.
