Recipe(tried): Claddagh Irish Pub Spinach Dip - Tip

I have previously worked at the Claddagh Irish Pub. And I know the exact ingredients of their fabulous spinach and artichoke dip. I have made it several times for family holidays and functions and it is an absolute hit. The above comments are correct yes it is fresh spinach, artichoke hearts, monterey jack, Asiago, and Parmesan cheeses, but two ingredients that the above person failed to mention are: minced garlic and mayonnaise, those are two ingredients that also are in this wonderful spinach and artichoke dip from the Claddagh Irish Pub.
