Recipe: Ruby Tuesday's Spring Rolls and Dipping Sauce

Appetizers and Snacks
when i worked there, the spring rolls were my favorite thing to eat. the sauce is easy and i saw the recipe. it's called avacodo ranch. and all it is is chopped up avacodo, ranch dressing, and TABASCO SAUCE (chipotle flavored). when i would make it at home it would be better because i can use hidden valley ranch...
as for the best part the spring rolls.
i haven't tried to make it, but the things came in already made and frozen. so i checked out the ingredients on the box. and the few things on there were the things you know is in there, chix, corn, black beans, red pepper, i think they make a monteray jack cream sauce or just use some of the monteray cheese, and some spices. i'd use cumin, salt, pepper, garlic and maybe onion powder and roll them in tortillas, but i was thinking of trying to make some soon, and i thought to try them in real spring roll wraps so nothing comes out the ends, you know make little beggars purses.
