Recipe: Chili Relleno Appetizer

1 dozen eggs, beaten
2 small cans chopped green chilies
2 pounds grated Longhorn cheese
In a 9x13-inch pan layer 1/2 the cheese, all the chilies and then the remaining cheese. Top with beaten eggs.
Bake at 350 degrees F until firm.
Cut into bite-sized pieces. Serve on toothpicks.
