Recipe(tried): Coconut Macaroons

Misc.
Of all the things I've made and brought to work, the girls absolutely went crazy over this simple little macaroon recipe! Go figure! (I think it was a recipe I got here from TKL too)

MAGIC MACAROONS
2/3 cup Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
3 cups shredded coconut
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all together and drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet, about 1 inch apart. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until a delicate brown. Remove from pan at once. Makes 30.
Good baking!
