Recipe: Corn Chowder with Turkey or Chicken

 ali, I recently found this recipe and am waiting to try it when the weather turns a bit cooler.(It was REALLY HOT in AZ today!)

Corn Chowder with Turkey or Chicken

2 cups diced cooked turkey or chicken(3/4 lb.)
2 cans (17 oz. each) cream-style corn
2 1/2 cups milk
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup diced potato
1/2 cup finely shredded carrot
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Combine all ingredients in large saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Makes 9 cups
