HONEY-NUT SNAP PEAS
1 (16-ounce) package frozen sugar snap peas
2 tablespoons water
1/2 cup peanuts or pine nuts
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
In a 1 1/2-quart microwavable casserole, combine peas and water. Cover with lid. Stirring midway through cooking, microwave on high 6 to 9 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain.
Add nuts, butter, honey and mustard; toss gently to mix. Serve warm.
Makes 4 servings
